Walnut, the most healthiest nut


 People love all kinds of nuts: peanuts, cashews, walnuts, pecans and more. But according to the useful survey, walnuts are the healthiest nuts for human body. Walnuts are the healthiest of all the nuts and must be eaten far more as part of a healthy diet, US scientists say. Walnuts are a fairly good source of iron and vitamin B6.
Scientists from Pennsylvania told the American Chemical Society that walnuts contain the highest level of antioxidants compared to other nuts. Antioxidants are identified to assist protect the body against illness, and it shows that polyphenols good for man are mainly reserved in green rind and kernel pellicle of walnuts and most highly in the green rind.

The scientists said that all nuts have superior nutritional qualities but walnuts are healthier than peanuts, almonds, pecans and pistachios. Dr Joe Vinson, from the University of Scranton, analyzed the antioxidant levels of nine unique sorts of nuts and discovered that a handful of walnuts contained twice as a lot of antioxidants as a handful of any other commonly eaten nut. He discovered that these antioxidants had been higher in excellent and potency than in any other nut. Antioxidants are excellent due to the fact they stop the chain reactions that damage cells in the body when oxidation occurs. Dr Vinson said there was one more benefit in selecting walnuts as a source of antioxidants: "The heat from roasting nuts generally reduces the high quality of the antioxidants.
